VISION
All Filipino-Americans have the opportunity to live peacefully and assimilate into mainstream America, together with its various ethnic communities.
MISSION
To deliver services that promote the development and well-being of Filipino-Americans in New Jersey and neighboring states.

GOALS AND PURPOSES
1. To nurture closer relationships among Filipino Americans, as well as with other American communities and multi-ethnic groups, in order to achieve a more neighborly community life.
2. To develop a well-focused, supportive socio-economic and educational plan that extends to the elderly, persons with disabilities, youth, LGBTQ individuals, and families in need, in order to help improve their quality of life.
3. To support PAFCOM in its efforts to preserve Filipino cultural heritage; to strengthen our identity; to enrich the way of life of present and future generations of Filipino Americans; and to promote mutual understanding and tolerance among diverse communities.
